Defoaming Agent L307B

L307B has functions of antifoaming, degassing, leveling, dispersing, and improving the surface hardness as well as the performance of wear resistance. It can be used for porous surfaces and promote the smoothness of the coating.

2. Application

Used for all kinds of thermosetting powder coating.

3. Use method

Dosage: 0.5-1%. Mixed with other materials and extruded.

4. Characteristics

1. It can improve the capability of degasification in the process of powder melting, and reduce the amount of benzoin accordingly. 2. It can eliminate the gas holes and pinholes of the coating which were caused by the moisture in the basic materials resulted by insufficient density of cast iron and cast aluminum parts. 3. It can improve the hardness and smoothness, thus the surface of coating will be of better wear resistance and anti-rub dirty. 4. It has good compatibility with other materials.

5. Storage

Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Seal the package after operation.
